Jinja is our citizen journalist on the streets of Cambodia!
He is one of scan few brave souls in country who has blogged about the arrest of Kem Sohka and others. (He's the one who put in contact with Sophal Ear, who took the champagne photos.) Jinja's take on it:
An optimist would say that this is a good sign. A pragmatic person would note that they're out on bail. A cynic would say that it's all political theatre by different polities of the upper class. A farmer might take a sip of sraa saa and ask, 'what's champagne'?
He also witnessed an opposition rally in a black out. He managed to get some video coverage, although unfortunately his camera flash wasn't work.
Keep up the great work!
