If the growth statistic were true, then it would be great. Cambodia was also one the fastest growth of HIV/AIDS infections. So hopefully this is positive. But I am also wondering if the statistic was compared with other nations, especially Brazil.

Let alone the introduction of weblog tool and Khmer language software to make a big impact on Cambodia blogosphere is not enough. Many college students still not or cannot afford to access to the Internet.


I wondered about that too, but could not find a source that had such statistics. Do you know of one?
