It's been about a year now since I kicked my outlook email habit and been a gmail and google calendar user. There are two things that I miss. In gmail, I wish I could sort my inbox by subject line or user. I really really miss that feature and it helped me clean up my email quickly. The second thing I missed was having my calendar and sync ability with my pda/cell phone (treo). I relied on the mobile version and if I couldn't get online was screwed.
Google has recently launched this feature and I thought this is worth hauling out OutLook so I can sync my calendar, keep it on my desktop and sync with my treo. No glitches. Glad this is back.
You can download the app here.
No glitches? you lucky dog. I still can't synch. It keeps giving me some error about not uploading everything for fear it will lose some appointments.. but nothing gets synched.
I was so excited to use this function so I could have a web access family calendar I could then synch with the blackberry. Ah well, I will check out some more web resources and see if I can get it to work.

I just did this last week. Had no problems and am loving having both calendars. I couldn't bring myself to give up my outlook so I had the email synched with gmail and now am very happy to have my cal synched, too. :)

Downloaded and all set up. Seems to work a treat but will be happier if future updates would allow for multiple calendar. We use gcal to coordinate our whole team and it would be good to sync colleagues' calendars, too.
One real bonus was that it works with our Google Hosted App domain with no troubles.
You seem to have left out the link to the download (oops):

We just launched KiGoo, a free tool that allows Google users to fully manage (create, read, update and delete) their Calendar and Contacts from MS Outlook.
Also KiGoo manage the Free Busy information of your Gmail contacts for appointments if they shared their FB status.
Currently we support Windows XP and office 2007.
You could download it from http://www.getkigoo.com
