Amy Jussel writes the Shaping Youth blog. I've been following her blog for a while now and constantly amazed at how many intersections of interest we have. I got to meet Amy face-to-face a few months back at a conference and enjoyed having the opportunity to talk about a range of topics we're both fascinated with. The one nice thing about Plaxo or Facebook is that you can easily find out when your friends are having a birthday. I couldn't resist sending her a virtual drink.
Amy is great and a real down to earth thinker - happy birthday!

Hey, Beth (& Andre, too!) I'm blushing into oblivion here...just now beginning to see how 'transparent' the web really is!
Um...did you guys catch my avatar out late dancing in SL under the stars on my bday too? Kidding. (er, sorta) ;-)
Thanks for the informative post about the twits vs. twerps tweets too, that's a keeper.
Someday I'll jump aboard Twitter again, but I'm actually meeting with the Grazr guys to figure out how Shaping Youth can 'filter' some of this 'tmi' cacophony in my overloaded lil' media maven head! ;-)
HNY to you all...thanks for all the work you do. ---best, Amy
