Here's another excellent example of a personal fundraising campaign
where you can donate $10 and feel like a million. Amanda Gravel, a
Boston-area choreographer, is raising money for Susan G. Koman for the Cure on her blog. It's a heartfelt campaign with a modest goal that was successful! Hat tip Chris Brogan.
Beth, thank you for posting about my fundraising efforts. My show happened on Friday, and it was a HUGE success. My studio owner was totally surprised when we came out and danced our secret piece, and she was even more overwhelmed when we (as a group of 15) handed her a collective check for $1,650 that we raised in less than a week. I have my wonderful friends and peers on the Web to thank for this amazing fundraising success, and I truly do appreciate your post. I'm so proud of my girls-- this was such a wonderful event, and I'm proud to be a part of it. :)
