I've been seeing comments from friends on Facebook who work for nonprofits about how they've addicted their co-workers to Facebook or what a time suck Facebook can be. So, you think nonprofits will ban Facebook in the workplace?

I network with many educational groups in Facebook. I only check it once or twice a day and very briefly. I don't think I waste any time on it.
I think it's important to address some of the privacy issues with teachers and students. Awareness needs to be raised.

it is probably be a short run solution as i believe employee will resort to use proxy to access facebooks. Other methods such as encouraging employee not to participate in Facebook altogether would be better i think.
by the way, Beth, could you readd me on the facebook, pleaes. I tried to find a button to add you but failed.
