Last night, while coming home from taking the kids to the movies, I noticed one of my neighbors left out a big, gently used samsonite suitcase with a sign that said "FREE." It's a perfect suitcase for filling up with t-shirts to take to Cambodia! I took this an optimistic sign ...
I woke up this morning to an email from paypal saying I received a donation from Anol Bhattacharya. In the memo field, there was a note, "Tweet Me on Twitter when you get this!" So, I did! Anol is my second contributor from Singapore joining Sokohodom Peng. I was simultaneously delighted and daunted - with over $400 to go -- was I going to be able to reach goal in enough time to purchase the video cameras and plane ticket? Would I have to send all those t-shirts back?
So, with many tabs opened on Firefox - twitter, facebook, gmail, gtalk ... I paused and selectively pinged friends. And, the amazing Dave McClure generously donated enough to get the campaign within $57 of goal while balancing a baby in his arms! Thank you!
Help me get to Cambodia! The Campaign is so near ...
Special thanks to these generous donors from last night and yesterday

You are such a success that I need to say I am tagging you for a stupid meme.
