Idealware has been running a series of Webinars. The next Webinar is "Choosing A Blogging Tool" and I'm co-facilitating with Laura Quinn, mainly to answer questions about working with tools once you've made a selection. I refer to this as the Three C's of Blogging - Comfort, Competencies, and Capacity. You can more about the "adoption issues" here:

A few months ago I was leading a workshop session and I discovered that almost all the participants were already blogging, but for about 1 year. So, what if you've been blogging for a year or so -- what advice matters? What can you expect? I observed that some bloggers - including me - experience a burnout or tiredness or ennui. When that happens to me, I go back to Ken Yarmosh's "7 Ways to Avoid Blogging Burnout." I love the Robert Frost quote -- "If there is no discovery for the writer, there is not discovery for reader." The advice is very good.
The best musical advice I ewer got from my flute teacher, Marcel Moyse, was "make yourself like a baby when approaching Mozart and pretend you're discovering it for the first time!" This is one reason why I want to be inspired by those just beginning their blogging journey.
