Well, if you have a grill, just slice the zucchini up into pieces about the size of French fries, and coat them in sesame oil, then salt-and-pepper them. Throw them on the grill (make sure they're cross-wise with the grill so they don't fall in!) and let them get as brown as you like. They're pretty good that way!
