The ASKASIA.ORG site has lots of excellent resources, lesson plans, and content about integrating Asia into the curriculum. There is very little on Southeast Asia, and nothing about Cambodia. However, the section called "Vietnam Challenge" has a selection of lessons for elementary, middle, and high school.
By the way, you could identify this person as Vietnamese by his hat.
