I love diagrams too. I'm doing mindmaps and wireframes for a site and associated online activities, where people may end up (unfortunately) with more than one login, and environment. Process maps would work well for the pathways people have to take, the barriers, support needed, options related to particular tasks and activities. Am I stating the obvious? Is that standard practice?
