I'm noticing a genre of personal blogs written by nonprofit techies who work in organizations who write about their work. Some are written anonymously like:
and others are written with the author's identity and workplace known:
What's great about this type of blogging is that a) encourages self-reflection and personal learning that contributes to organizational learning b) encourages a sort of peer dialogue.
I was thinking about this after reading Michelle's post about creating a climate for organizational learning.
