Mena Trott's Keynote on Civility

Mena Trott has posted the full text of her keynote from Les Blogs about civility in the blogging world.   Go read it, but I think for those us who trying to educate nonprofits about blogging, we need her closing point in mind:

Fundamentally, our biggest goal should be bringing a new generation to weblogging.

If we want to bring a new generation to weblogging -- a goal that I've seen attendees here expressing -- we need to create an environment where people feel welcomed.
