If you're interested in nonprofits and blogging and podcasting, drop everything and go read Brian C. Russell's (AudioActivism) and Ruby Sinreich's (LotusMedia) presentation slides at the recent RPTnet conference. There is also an audio clip on the site of an interview done as a demo during the session. (I wish they had recorded and distributed the entire session .... )
The presentation is excellent -- I like how they defined blogs and gave many examples -- I just combed through the blog definition and selected a few below, but the presentation is well worth reading through the slides.
Thank you Ruby and Brian (and congratulations on your upcoming open source wedding ! (Wonder if they plan to put their blog logos on the napkins?)

UPDATE: According to Brian, Jim "live blogged" their session. Thanks Jim! I love the quote he captured from Brian:
Russell said he'd rather be a blogger or podcaster, maintaining a relationship with readers and learning from them, in a two-way interactive format, rather than be a big-time, famous media star who too often lets his fame go to his head, and starts to have ego problems.
